Wow! It's Saturday afternoon 12:20 p.m. me and my 3 kids just walked in to eat. After standing in the lobby waiting for a few minutes I'm assuming the manager approached us and told us he had no large pan pizza or no large hand tossed Pizza. Plus it will you have medium right? He says yes I'm like okay. We go sit down. I go ahead and take my three-year-old to the bathroom. We go to the table and wait about another 4 to5 minutes. So it appears no one is coming to my table. I've not eat inside Pizza Hut in a while so I went up to the register thinking maybe I need to place my order and then go back to our table. I stand at the register for approximately 6 minutes while the manager and some other fellow or talking over an order on the screen. Then the manager walks to the front I'm assuming he's going to help me I was a mistake and he answered the phone after waiting another couple of minutes while he's on the phone explaining specials to this customer I turned around and got my kids and left. This is the worst service I've ever seen at a Pizza Hut I would never bring my kids or my family or even an order out here. I will be contacting a corporate store just to let him know the quality this piece of heads turning out here on 131st and May.

Service is horrible. Employee's are very rude and disorganised. I will be taking my business to pretty much any other pizza place.

Ordered at 5:04 , said 15-25 min for pickup/Carry our. Got there around 5:30 to chaos in the kitchen. All kinds of orders getting messed up, drivers complaining, manager messing up pies. Ridiculous. Still waiting on my food and it has been over 40 min, the dining room is empty btw.

Avoid this pizza hut. Pizza is no good and as others have reviewed the order was incorrect. Haven't tried pizza hut in a while but it's gotta be better than this at other locations. Tombstone has more flavor.

I don't Pizza Hut, it is a great place to take a date. We would always listen to the Jukebox while we stared lovingly into each other's eyes. Hahaha. Actually though, this place is pretty good, it has nice atmosphere, the staff is helpful and friendly, the places they can clean, it attracts a good crowd, and the pizza is wonderful. What else can you ask for?
