I love Pizza Hut. I remember taking my dates there, when I was in college, and the atmosphere was always great. We would play songs on the jukebox and enjoy our pizza. This place has great service, the place is making clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is helpful and friendly. If you don't like Pizza Hut, you don't like pizza.

I give this place a chance to redeem itself every few years or so. Tonight I was craving a PH pizza and this shop was on the way home. Unfortunately the service continues to be sub-par. The food is good, it satisfied my craving except the order was wrong!  Didn’t realize it in time to fix it it though. Between screwing up my order and making me wait 5min after I walked in the door. I guess I’ll give them another shot in 2020 if they are still around.

I waited until 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time and called just to get a busy signal for 10 minutes. I finally got customer service who also tried to contact the location. Almost 45 minutes after the delivery time I finally got to talk to someone at the location. They told me it was made wrong so they had to remake it and it would be another 45 minutes so I wouldn't get my pizza until almost 2 hours after I ordered it. Because they had a rush so I got placed at the back of the line again. But did I get an offer for it free or something free and a discount? Of course not. They still wanted me to pay 50% and tip the driver. Never using this location again.
Update: unfortunately this the only location that delivers to me so I had to use them the past couple times. The order is wrong or something is missing every time. They ignore you when you say how many times you have had issues. Work on your customer service!

Took FOREVER to deliver and when I called up there a guy purposely hung up on me just because it was near closing time, but all I wanted to do was check up on my order that was suppose to be here at 11, but it's currently 11:35 and I'm STILL waiting. The pizza isn't even that good! (Not ordering for me. For a friend. )
