Tonight, I ordered a pizza for pick up about a half hour before they were closing which can be a problem for some restaurants for a few reasons.. The man who took my order ( I even called back right away to make an adjustment) and also the cashier when I arrived to pick up were both very kind and professional. (Almost rare to find these days!) The Pizza was delicious, and hot, crispy crust and plentiful toppings....above expectations. My friend and I decided we should post some Kudos (I never bother doing this sort of thing) but this was exceptional! You're rockin' it Northside Pizza Hut! Keep it up!

Tonight was the 2nd time we have ordered from this location and it was just as big of a disaster. The first time we ordered from here we waited over an hour and a half for delivery amd tonight i went and picked up the order. When I got there to picked up I waited for them to first find the order then when i took it home we found out they forgot part of it. I called the store and all the girl could say the whole time is "Ummm I don't know how that happened." I was told that 4 times before she would allow me to talk to a manager. The manager then wanted to argue with me about what i ordered and paid for. He offered to remake what they forgot to give me with my order along with making me drive back in AND wanted me to PAY for it yet again. When I declined to drive back in to get it and wanted it delivered he said no problem but when it arrived the driver wanted over $15.00 for what I already ordered and paid for once. I will definitely just drive to waunakee next time and avoid the Northport location.

Pizza was always fine. It was the delivery driver whom complained about not recieving a tip one time for coming less than a mile away. And then today told us that we always "Stiff" him on fare? called 1-20-16 and spoke to a manager who was really no help.. Told us he's sure his driver wouldn't like to come back after explaining to him what happend!! POOR MANAGEMENT AT THE NORTH LOCATION AND RUDE WORKERS. I wish I knew the manager's name
