Friendly staff that are willing to help and the usually delicious recipes that Noodles has to offer. The disappointment is that I just can't get enough, literally. My latest beef stroganoff came with about two tablespoons of mushroom cream sauce. Even the server mistook it for buttered noodles since no sauce was visible. Thankfully, the server was happy to bring out some additional sauce. The Mac and cheese usually suffers from a similar issue. Quite honestly, I probably would eat at Noodles more often if I didn't feel like I was buying close to a $10 bowl of pasta with some sort of tease of a garnishment. Properly balance out the contents of a serving and it's usually worth the price. On a positive note, the beer cheese soup is a proven winner.

Standard noodles fare with attentive, understanding, and incredibly pleasant employees. Somehow they have managed to maintain their souls, even after working customer service! kudos

We ate here because our B & B host recommended it. It was one of a few restaurants open on Sunday in Cedarburg, WI. The food was quite good and consisted of many small plates,sandwiches, and burgers. When you dine there, ask why it is called The Stilt House. Our server was wonderful both in taking our order and keeping tabs on how our dinner was going. There are both high top tables and regular tables.

This location has seriously gone down hill in the last few months. The chicken, both the parm and grilled, is almost not eatable. So chewy and horrible texture. I have tried it on three different occasions, thinking it was an off day, but they must have changed suppliers or someone is not cooking it properly because it is bad bad bad. Also they have handed me to go orders that were wrong.......twice. They also did not pay attention to any changed made in the dishes on one occasion. We will make the extra drive to out and out or Panera for take out from now on. :(

Never disappointed at this location. My food is always piping hot and whatever I get tastes so fresh and delicious!
