My pizza was great and so was the customer service. Surprised to see all the bad reviews but after seeing one of the biggest jerks ever come into the store complaining and swearing in front of children, I think that may have something to do with it.

Black burnt crust..... Twice. Visiting from out of state. Cheesy bread, burnt into one piece., 1/2 cup of dipping sauce. 2medium meat lovers, $18. 1medium meat lovers and 1 small cheesy sticks, 25$???????? 3.25 CONVENIENCE CHARGE. What's that about? The person on the phone consistently reasked for my information twice, sometimes, three times. Annoying. Avoid at all costs, it's not worth it.

Was on hold for 15 min and was hung up on 3 times. After trying for 45 min just to place an order I gave up. Their customer service must really really suck if they can't even answer the phone right. I finally called Dominos and had a really nice rep named terry that for my order right, it was on time and delicious this pizza hut sucks and don't waste your time. Believe the reviews!!!!

abosuletly pitiful. to start 4 hours late second driver is extremely arrogant and I wouldn't call his boss till after I asked 5 times and is obviously extremely unintelligent. Drives a black avalanche. Tried to make me pay twice for a pizza that I've already waited 4 hours for. then calls his boss who says I need to pay in cash even though I inputted my cc through their app. needless to say 4 and half hours later I never had my pizza.

Our food tastes like someone from Mars tried to synthesize human food. Our pizza tasted like it was left to gather dust before they cooked it. Forty mutha fuxin dollars. I am pretty bummed.
