Great place, have my food on time the vast majority of the time. I love most of the menu too, just stay away from the cheesy bites, wouldn't recommend.

This is actually the best Pizza Hut I've ordered from. I'm surprised to hear so many of the reviews on here say otherwise. I got the best cheesy breadsticks from any Pizza Hut that I've ever eaten at this location. The staff I've had serve me have always been really nice and kind of funny too! Never gotten anything cold. Always got a truthful wait time. It comes earlier rather than later most times. 
Sometimes I think it stinks when people give a place such a terrible rating based on one rude person who served them. I give this place a thumbs up. (:

TL;DR Expect to have your order take up to an hour and a half and for it to be wrong.

I have ordered from this location 5 times in the past 2 months and every time my order is wrong when I pick it up. The staff has always been gracious to remake it, and to offer me a credit for the pizza, but based on what I see from other reviews and observing the staff working at this location, it's in need of a serious revamp.

The staff seem to mess up pizzas on a constant basis. I've had pizza with incorrect ingredients, correct ingredients on incorrect halves, incorrect crust type, sauce-drizzle when there shouldn't be, missing ingredients, incorrect size, you name it. And by listening to the managers talk to the customers, it seems that their staff is doing this to everyone.

I have also watched a manager (Jason) have to follow behind each of his staff to correct the mistakes (stated above) that they are making. Constantly correcting your worker's mistakes should not be the manager's job.

After talking with the manager here, it was revealed to me that they are having trouble retaining employees after the previous manager quit a little over a year ago and took most of the staff with her. Again, having to train new members just for them to quit on you is not a base for a successful location. The managers of this location need to get in touch with their GM and request some transfers who know what they're doing if they want to keep this location open.

Overall, if you make a fuss when they ultimately screw up your pizza, then you can be credited for it, essentially gaining yourself free pizza for life from this location because who knows if they will ever get an order right.

2/5. They are going to mess up your pizza, but I feel for them and the fact that they are understaffed and under-trained. This is a problem that need to be resolved at a general manager's level if they want this location to continue to make money. If you are hungry for PizzaHut pizza, I would suggest a different location; unless you don't mind having your pizza made twice.
