Normally I love pizza hut. But not this location I did ask for extra sauce and got sauce soup so much sauce everything comes of the dough when you pick it up, a stupid amount of sauce plus missing other items from the order, do yourself a favor and call papa John's or dominos any where but this location

I always say next time they'll have better customer service. I walked in and waited about 10 minutes before being acknowledge. Note when opening the door you can hear bell notifying the employees. I had to look over the counter the say excuse me can you help me because the cook couldn't turn around to help me or say will be right with you after he finished his Pizza. Then I asked what's the general managers name and the employee says I think Steven Guzman and I said are you sure he says no we call him paco. I think mr. Guzman if that's your name you should let your employees know to acknowledge every customer. I know my crew did when I worked there back in 00-04.

This place always has a 30% chance of getting my order either freshly cooked or getting it right. This is about the 3rd time I've orderd ( about $60 worth) and they get my order wrong! and the food is all soggy! TRIPLE check your orders on wings . This is the third time You guys have sent me bone-in instead of boneless .

If I could give less than a star I would. They canceled the order without notifying me. When I called to check up on the pizza, they said it was canceled and the rude employee said that he could not do anything about it. Manager was nice enough to fix it. But, don't waste your time. I waited three hours for the pizza.
