Bad customer service.
We asked for two types of dressing for our group's salad and they said no, they actually told us they might be able to give us a half cup of each though if we really wanted the variety... How cheap is that...
We walked in with a group and the woman that greeted us was very nice and personable. When we were ready to order another lady stepped up to the cash register and was extremely rude. She berated us for asking a question about their special they were offering that night and after some other issues we decided to just leave. Needless to say she was quite rude about us leaving instead of completing our order as well.

Food is great but some lady thats always there and answer the phone is RUDE!! She said what topping and I said give me a second let me ask my brother she said if your not ready call back later Rude!!!!!

I came to Grazianos to try something different and I was disappointed. I have 3 daughters and they don't drink soda. I asked for three waters and the lady in front told me she could only give me two... I didn't think much of it. But when my brother order his food for his family they asked him if he would be sitting on the same table.... my brother said that he was and he was denied 2 more cups for water.  How can someone call this place a family restaurant when they make you feel bad about eating in this place.. I will never come back to Gracianos Pizza ever again.. Yoyos pizza has better service....

I've been here before and like other user's reviews I agree with the comment that the usual cashier lady is very rude. When I asked her what the lunch special was she asked me to go out and read the board, but I went back because the food was good. Today I ordered their lunch special. Pizza with a salad. THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY SALAD! So I let the staff know that there was a hair in my salad and the cashier (there was a nice lady this time) asked me if I wanted another salad, but I just gave her back both the pizza and the salad and asked for my money back. She takes it to the back and then the cook (old dude with mustache) approaches me and tells me that he will give me back the money for the salad, but not the pizza. He told me the boss was checking the cameras and when I asked for the boss he told me he had called his boss. I knew he was just lying. He was very rude. He went back to the kitchen and told the cashier to give me back all my money. At this point it was not about the money, but the horrible experience from the hair and his attitude. They have lost a customer for not knowing how to handle the situation with kindness and respect.
