I ordered their box Which contains a square pizza, cinnamon sticks and cheesy bread sticks! The same guy delivered my pizza before and he was rude and said I didn't out my whole address, which I went ahead and showed him I clearly did on my phone when I placed my order. The second I ordered the box the guy was holding it on its side facing downwards! First off the pizza was just a plain circle pizza and not the one square one I thought I purchased! Plus it was cold! I will never order from here again!

This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. They are literally a mile away from our party and it took them over an hour and a half to deliver. I will add that it was only one large pepperoni. The pizza was cold, sloppy, looked like it had been dropped, and stale. Never eating Pizza Hut again when Zappo's pizza is so much better. It's a shame Zappo's closes at 9pm. This Pizza Hut location gave the worst service I've ever had. Had to call three times to find out where the pizza was before they even picked up the phone. Bad service, bad food, Pizza Hut. Order here at your own risk.

Ordered carry out a few times and never had any problems. Edit: After they moved to the new location the service and quality of the pizza went way down. I just got a large pan pizza there last night and it had about a tenth of the regular amount of cheese. It looked like a round piece of burnt bread with tomato sauce on it. There were about 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice and a few scraggly pieces of bell pepper spread over the whole thing. Zoom in on the pictures and you will see what I mean!

The lady i was on the phone with was disrespectful when i said i couldnt hear her she asked if it was a prank and said to me she had no time for me. I feel disrespected and i almost dont want to come back or even call.

Gave us cold, wrongly topped pizza twice. Forgot sides and dips almost regularly. We complained once and the guy said he would compensate us on our next order. Refused to when we tried to redeem it. Called the corporate line after being given 3 wrong numbers and being told there was not a customer service line. Left a message and the manager was supposed to contact me. It's been months and no contact.
