People here are pretty rude and like refuse to come up to the counter and wait on ya. I even saw a few mangers just sitting there while I waited and waited and waited to get some service. I really wanted to tell them no wonder your employees don't act people friendly because take a look at the awesome management team they've got. Not the best pizza place in town by far.

Service is horrendous. We were the only patrons dining in and we waited 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge our presence even though she saw us walk in. Then we waited 30" for our breadsticks. Then after waiting an hour and no pizza yet... I had to go to the counter to ask for it. The waitress thought I wanted the bill. Um, no, we'd like the pizza we ordered. 😡 STAY AWAY!!!

I hadn't stopped into a Pizza Hut in a long time. I saw this location and decided to stop in and grab a bite to eat. They need to fix their draft windows! The customer service was friendly enough and the pizza was good, but their seating is all lined up by the old windows and it was cold! I don't think I will visit this location again in the winter.

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered online, waiting 30 minutes to pick it up and my pizza wasn't even prepared yet when I arrived. Waited an additional 30 minutes in store meanwhile witnessed workers making fun of a customer and her daughter. Wrote a complaint to corporate just to follow up with the manager and while on the phone, the manager stated in a condescending tone "well, let's here it, tell me your little story". He then asked what I wanted, free coupons, what? I told him that wouldn't be necessary as I would NEVER order from this location again. Save your money and go elsewhere.
