Ordered online for delivery, received pizza... it was the wrong pizza. Called store, they said they would send ours out right away. 40 mins later - still no pizza. Called the store, they said they didn't have a driver there at the moment, but it would be sent out. Hour later. Still no pizza.... No call... No refund... nothing.

The only issue I have had are sometimes the cheese breadsticks are over cooked. Other than that this pizza hut has come a long way. They are quick the pizza is good plenty of toppings cooked well. It's always the same delivery guy for me and he is awesome, very personable.

They got our order wrong & said they could not do anything about it! I usually go to the Sterling location, but was closer to this one. I will never make that mistake again!

I love Pizza Hut! However my pizza wasn't cooked. The dough on the pizza and the breadsticks was raw. We had to finish it in the oven which defeats the whole purpose. I was very disappointed.

Pizza and wings took forever to arrive. All the food was cold. Manager was not pleasant to deal with. Don't use this pizza hut location
