I literally live 4 minutes away from this store and every time I've ordered it takes over an hour to get here and it's cold. So I stopped ordering from them. Now after a year I decide to give them another chance and I have been waiting 2 1/2 hours and counting!! Are you kidding me?! I've called the number provided twice for them to tell me they need to transfer me to the actual store and both times while I'm waiting on hold the automation announces that there is no one to take my call and hangs up! This store needs to be shut down. I am furious! I have 3 children who have waited so patiently well past their bedtime for what was supposed to be a treat. Now I am going to Mc Donalds so that I can feed them and get them to bed. Super pissed!

*Update*
Driver got to my house 2 hours and 43 minutes after I placed my order. He did not have a way to call the manager as he was new and didn't have her cell phone he informed me that they were very busy and still had a ton of orders to deliver. 
The pizza was cold! I refused the pizza and requested a refund which he said he can do.
 
If you cannot handle the amount of business coming in, communicate that to your customers! I could have and should have gone anywhere else much sooner, to feed my children at a decent hour.

I ordered pizza for my family 2hrs and 20 mins ago every time I call the number it is a help desk that only places orders so they say they are transferring me to the store and then an automated response comes on and says we can not accept your call at this time and hangs up on me. Not once did I try calling but twice. I use to work at pizza hut THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

If I could have given less than one star I would. I ordered my food and the wait time said 90 minutes. I signed up for text notifications and when I got the message that my food was out for delivery I was pleasantly surprised. An hour later my food showed up. The driver was just standing like I was inconveniencing him. Dropped my sauce, my wings were smashed in and he had the pizza nearly falling out. When I checked my food, the only thing that was warm was the brownie I ordered. Warm is being nice. I called the store and the manager started by saying my ordered was cancelled because the driver couldn’t get ahold of me. Tried defending themselves before I got to talk. I proceed to explain everything and how I’m not from here and I used a different area code. He stopped talking. Afterwards he finally said he would remake it and have it there in 30. I told him that as long that I got it soon I would be fine. It did not show. I waited and finally called. Stayed on hold until the store closed. Food never showed. Corporate will get a call tomorrow about the absolutely terrible service this was.

You know this store sometimes is okay sometimes it's even great. I think Pizza Hut in general is super busy with call ins and deliveries. Best advice for the best price is shop online for a Pizza Hut in your area and go pick it up. Sometimes they have great deals. Currently as of today's posting deals or not very selective and prices are too high.
I was given a free pizza for receiving a cold pizza that was not really even what I ordered.
It still cost me $18 for a free pizza to be delivered I had to order other items totaling a minimum amount for delivery and I didn't I want to drive I was tired from work.

I love Pizza Hut But you are losing my buisness to Little Caesars because of your prices. Pizza Hut use to never charge as much as you have for one stuff crust supreme. I would rather settle for value and get more from what I don’t want from little caesars than what I do want from Pizza Hut at half the price :(
