The service was okay. Our waitress was friendly, but that’s the only positive comment I can make about the experience.

The restaurant itself was dirty; the light fixtures that hang low over the tables (and our plates) were covered in dirt and dust. The pizza was horrible, extremely greasy, and VERY undercooked! (Observation suggested that it was rushed through the oven so that the cook could take his cigarette break, but that’s only speculation.) Our pizza was so doughy that it wasn’t even possible to pick up a slice. We sent it back to have it cooked for longer. It was returned to us fairly quickly, which would have been great had it been cooked thoroughly this time around. It was STILL doughy, but at least it was now edible. The kids were too hungry to wait any longer, so we hurried to eat and leave. 

I honestly can’t understand how the Pizza Hut in Beebe got shut down yet this one continues. Beebe’s Location was great! Excellent service, great pizza... Cabot’s is a joke. 

Won’t be returning. Suggest you do the same.

The cashier Julia was rude when we came in to pick up our pizza, which we ignored at the time. When we got it [since we ordered it without cheese] I was able to see that they didn’t cover the pizza with sauce, it only had sauce around the edges and right in the middle. That’s fine, I’ll wait for them to remake it, but when we brought it back, the cashier Julia [who I’m guessing is also a manager] just stood there and glared at us. My bf was asking nicely but because of her reaction I had to step in and tell her to remake it because it’s not made right. She glared at me and said “Ok, you need to..” which I interjected by stating the fact that she’s getting paid to be there and needs to do her job without the attitude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just didn’t like the way I look but if you’re getting paid to serve people you can’t act like trash to the customers. I feel sorry for everyone working under that shrew. The kids making the pizza were actually very nice and professional.

Good my second choice in pizza in town  try try Pepperoni and Jalapeno pepper thin crust pizza it is the BEST

Absolutely horrible!! Service was below par. They messed up my order then I waited 30 minutes for my second pizza to come out of the oven which I know a pizza only takes 6 minutes to go through the oven. Spoke with the manager she said "other orders came up" seriously?? Don't you think you should take care of the order you f***** up to begin with? Disappointed won't go back!

If it was possible to make this zero stars I would. I ordered online it said 20-30 minutes. At 55 minutes I called and they sent my order to the wrong address so they remade it. When my pizza arrived after 1.25hrs one of the pizza's topping were all stuck to the box. And our pizza was made out of breadsticks. Yep not crust but a pan of breadsticks. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from them again .
