This pizza Hut was outright horrible and the "so called owner - manager was RUDE and OBNOXIOUS! and that's putting it kindly. Her name is Ernestine and she is VERY unkind and very rude. This lady actually tried to put the blame on someone else (AMAZING). We ordered the Chicken - Bacon Parmesan with no tomato ad mushroom and a Pepperoni lovers with black olives. There was no chicken on the Chicken - Bacon and No Pepperoni on the Pepperoni Lovers, brought it back and I might add (got grilled for it) by Ernestine herself. Got replacements and they were still WRONG! NO MUSHROOMS AND STILL NO PEPPERONI. IN her words "WE WERE WRONG". SHOCKING HUH? DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA HUT.

Took 10 minutes on the phone and she couldn't type my phone number in. Another 5 minutes and she kept putting me on hold, would come back, and put me on hold again. So we just drove there. Took 10 minutes and she can't type my number properly without messing up so we just left. Clearly incompetent fools get hired here.

I was pleased the first time. Now I join in with the others. Rude employees. Order was wrong so now we sit and wait for one to be made right. Driving 10 or 15 minutes elsewhere for pizza will be worth it.

Called at 415 pm on a Sunday evening. When our pizza was delivered it was lukewarm and we live less than a mile from the store. We open it and if find they have the order wrong. Instead of pepperoni and mushrooms there was only mushrooms. This has happened more than once since they opened. Very disappointed.

The staff were extremely professional, the restaurant was almost spotless and my food was delicious. One of the best pizza places in the area, I would highly recommend this particular franchise to anyone.
