I stopped dealing with this Pizza Hut 5 years ago because of the horrible service and nasty employee attutudes but decided to try again because of an internet 1/2 price special. BIG NISTAKE! i arrived to pick up my order,  waited in the lobby for 5 minutes while staff in the back completely ignored me. I know they heard the alarm when I walked in  and no doubt they could see me in the monitor.  I could see my pizza waiting in the non-heated cabinet behind the counter.  Finally I just left.  I came back 10 minutes later after finding the chinese reataurants in the area closed.  This time a manager came out and sold me the pizza that had been waiting and was now 10 minutes colder. I got the pizza home and found it to be undercooked. The crust was soft and gooey and the toppings - especially the meats- tasted raw.  Obviously the pizza had not been in the oven long enough.  I had to cook it myself at home. Also, there was barely any marinara sauce on the pizza and only the scarcest sprinkling of cheese.  Even with the half price special, this was another horrible experience from this location.-- bad customer service and carelessly prepared food.

Emeila is the WORST.  Took my credit card info over the phone, gave me a price and said 45 min.  90 min later i call and ask if the pizza was coming, she says she has no record from my number.  I go up to the store and her nasty ass says it wasnt her on the phone even tho she was the ONLY ONE IN THE STORE, besides the latina cooks, then SHE has the nerve to get an attitude with me after i asked where my card info went.  My credit card shows 2 amounts from this location. WORST EVER

When there for a carry out. Staff was not friendly and the pizza sauce tasted a bit under cooked

These sorry mofos stop taking orders at 1045..claiming no delivery drivers, orderso take 15mins, etc etc..this is straight crap!!

Ordered through the app and at the time it was supposed to be delivered they called, left a voicemail, and said it might be another hour. I called back and said that someone had called me about my order. They said oh ok and hung up.
