I really loved the thin crust pizza here. My wife had the Caesar salad and loved it as well. The place was clean, everyone was friendly. Overall yummy food and great customer service. Will definitely come back soon.

I don't drive stop in on my way home on the bus ordered steak and cheese got home unwrapped the sandwich and was shocked the was no onions or green peppers and to top it off there was hardly any meat. So I called to the restaurant told lady on the phone what was going on she calls her boss to the phone who came to phone and got very rude like I was lying telling me he has to look at the video and see if the sandwich was made today he knew dam well this sandwich was made to today and he tells me oh you back talking me I told the s.o.b. he was not my father I guess he talks like that to those young black boys who work there. But as for me he has the wrong one for my  $7.99 I put him out of business. I would advise any one DON'T DO TAKE OUT THESE PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU MAY GET! I always order the Chicken Alfredo but this location is my first time & my pasta is dry. They must have overcooked it to the point that the sauce is gone & some noddles are even hard and stuck together in chunks! I even paid an extra dollar for a small pack of parmesan cheese (NOT EVEN SHREDDED)! I love Vocellis Chicken Alfredo but I am beyond disapointed and just waisted 21 bucks. I even called to report it and the manager working is arguing with me. This is ridiculous and someone needs to go in and change the setting in that place. The manager on now needs to be fired! I've never been so disrespected in my life and you all need to feed and fix the problems in the reviews. I'll be calling back later to speak with another manager about this man that seems to hate his job and customers so much! Reading the reviews now after I wouldn't have even ordered fron this location.

I worked here when I was 16. The manager is rude as hell . I never quit a job so fast. I barely lasted 2 months. The manager paid me under the table and I'm pretty sure he paid me less than minimum wage. I never said anything because well I was 16. The pizza here is over-priced and tastes like crackers. They also do not care about hygiene. I saw the main cook drop the pizza dough once and she still popped it in the oven. I feel terrible for the unfortunate soul who had to eat that grimy pizza.Poor quality,over-priced food and poor customer service, you would be better off with Mama Mia's or Little Cesar.

I made a 40.00 take out order delivered to a local elementary  school. The Spaghetti with extra meatballs was unreconizable when looking at the side by side photos below. The sauce was horrible, like pure tomato paste, no seasoning. It was thick , pasty and bitter! I called to see if they would refund the order and he started yelling at me. He said nobody else had a problem with his food & he couldn't help me. No refund or credit!Terrible food & Terrible service. Go to Johhnies Pizza near Shoppers  to get real Italian food , and great service too. Skip Vocelli at Rosehill.
