Worse experience ever! Placed the order online...it told me 10-20 minutes...arrived early and paid for my food and then sat and waited. I had a car full of kids so I had went back out to the car and then came back in five minutes later. Now, 5 minutes past pick up time, I asked the guy at the counter how long it would take. He then asked me to get my receipt. As frustrated as I was I went back into the car to get it and when he looked at it, he said, “oh we are out of these but we just got some in so it should be in the oven.” I told him it should’ve been out of the oven and ready I had seen 4 people walk in and get a Big Dinner Box so I wasn’t sure why my food wasn’t ready. He then asked another employee about it who said as well, “we are out of square pizza.” At this point I’m so frustrated and demanded he find out what happened to my order and why it had gone unnoticed for so long. So, finally, another employee says, “we will have to make that order now.” I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THE LEFT HAND TO TELL THE RIGHT HAND WHAT TO DO, ONLY FOR THE RIGHT HAND TO COME BACK AND STILL NOT KNOW WHATS GOING ON!! What frustrated me more is there was no rush in any of them, not one care in the world to find out what happened to my order since I had now been waiting for 30 minutes!! It’s ridiculous and then on top of it all, I NEVER got an apology, NEVER got an explanation and before I said something very rude, I asked for a refund and left! THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!! I understand sometimes there are computer errors to where they don’t see the error, but that’s why I came early to pay for it just to make sure it’s in the system and being processed...this however did not happen whatsoever. I do not have a Pizza Hut that delivers to my home, so I always use Papa Johns since they deliver and I do not want to gather up the kids all the time, but since we were already out and it’s been a while...I just really wanted some Pizza Hut for a change and I regret that decision. I’m so mad and at this point I will not go to Pizza Hut ever again and will keep my money with Papa Johns who delivers to my apartment complex(st Andrews gardens) and always has my order right and on time!

Excellent interaction today with Tonya - Restaurant General Manager at the Pizza Hut located on Dixie Highway and Lower Hunters. Fast, efficient and she made a very high quality, great tasting product!

Not a good location. Ive gone to a different location and had cheese sticks that tasted like cheese pizza and were very good. This place puts more seasoning than cheese..

Terrible Customer Service. I placed an order online for delivery. Paid for delivery. Just to have the store call me fifteen minutes later and tell me they will not deliver after 730 pm. The manager refused to listen to me; the customer who just paid for their service. The manager refused to explain why they denied me service, my street name was enough. The manager confirmed that they would deliver to my apartment complex. But service is denied because, I share the same street name as another apartment complex. Oh, and the money that I paid? Yeah, I'll get that 7 to 10 business days. So, no notice of denial of service on website. Very curt and rude manager, just wanted me off the phone. Result? Charge back to Puzzahut and letter of notification to Corporate office for service. I will never think of Pizza Hut again.
