The only real down side (that I've seen) to coming to this White Castle is if eating in, some folks may want to bring a winter coat. I don't mind, i wear shorts all year round anyway so it doesn't bother me that much. They have their very own Big Red Tap now... but I've seen the workers fill 1 Gallon jugs with it and keep behind the counter for use in the drive through, which makes the chance of FLAT Big Red more likely. The have a automated napkin dispenser that pops out 2 napkins at a time so if need more you will need to wait

Worst service ever guy on Nov sounded like he was high or something. No help with items I have never purchased before. Acted as if I was a bother to serve. Then the girl at the window was short and very impersonal. Had to honk horn after asking for napkins and she just walked off. Then she came back and went in the back and got some kind of hand towels for us. I only have it 2 stars because the food was good and the place was clean looking.

Whether you eat there once a day, or once a year, it's ALWAYS White Castle, pure and simple. They add new and exciting items all the time, but the good ol' basics have remained the same since the beginning! -And that's a good thing!

WOW! Got terrible food, terrible service and disrespected this morning at the white castle's at DIXIE and GREENWOOD. Food was cold, half cooked, employee's WERE THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. so, bad, I called corporate. I get a call 3 HOURS LATER from 'the highest I could go', and she says that 'she didn't see anything bad enough to warrant a complaint' and asked me to bring the food back up there. 3 HOURS LATER! Then pops an attitude and says she's not gonna listen to me... Do Not Go TO WHITE CASTLE'S! They don't respect their customers; not the employee's, not the management....apparently not even the 'highest you can go'. This is terrible. I have many other complaints from dozens of other people and didn't believe it. Do yourself a favor and listen. Don't Go!

Open 24 hrs. I can feed the family in one quick stop and I can stop by there after a long night at work. The best cheese sticks ever. If ate hot that is.
