Worst Pizza Hut experience. Ordered a $10 box and my bf came in to pick it up. Before pulling out of the lot, I noticed the box wasn’t hot. Drove the pizza 5 minutes to the house and it was cold and no where near fresh. The cinnamon sticks were not thoroughly cooked and you can see the raw dough. I called the store back and the young lady that answered was very apologetic, but passed the phone to Eric (who said he is one of the managers on duty and the guy that handed the pizza to my bf). My boyfriend said Eric was speaking to another customer about an incorrect order and handed him the pizza without opening it. Eric argued with me on the phone “I know I showed him the pizza and he said it’s fine”. To my knowledge, you still cannot tell the freshness of pizza from looking at it. Eric was extremely rude and argumentative to be a manager and does not honor customer service. He offered to remake the sticks but said that’s all he could do because he “knows the pizza was fresh.” Not one time did Eric apologize for the inconvenience nor the disgusting food. I will not be patronizing this store any longer; first and last time.

They got the order wrong. They had the correct order on the receipt but still made it wrong. Then they tried to charge me f0r the topping they didnt put on there even after I pointed out that it was missing. Then the keyholder they called over once again tried to say the order was right so I had to point it out on the receipt again. Finally it was fixed.

Will never do business here again. I worked at this location for about one month, and my wife had called to go about using my employee discount. While on the phone with them, they had told her I was no longer employed with them because I had "called the store intoxicated and crying" and "never showed up for work". Both of which were lies, I was given 1-2 hour shifts and had ALWAYS shown up. Called the night before to order, and there was absolutely no issue. This store is ridiculous

Food and service are pretty good, but the people are better. One of their drivers was getting off work and gave me a ride home after my car broke down in the parking lot and I had a trunk full of groceries. I consider that a reflection of the type of people they hire.

The Manager Eric was horrible, customer service was awful, and I had to wait 2 hours for my food. When asked if I can get a discount or something for having to wait he told me there was nothing he could do, but I watched him give select customers discounts. This location deserves no stars.
