My husband and I went to the waffle house on Dunbarton in Horn Lake on Thursday morning, September 7 around 9:00a.m. We were greeted among entering. We sat there about 5 minutes without a server coming over or acknowledging us furthermore. There was two tables two ladies (getting up to leave) and two gentlemen (finishing up their meal ) and about 6-7 people working. They clearly was not busy, because they decide to congregate and converse. While doing so a single gentleman walked in to do a to go order and they started serving him immediately! So my husband and I decided to get up and leave. I said "Thank you" as we walking towards the door. One server replied back "Thank y'all, come back and see us". So I said " No, No one even came to our table"! Apparently we was in section two because they was trying to figure out who was the sever of that section. So to you Waffle House whose is open 24 hours daily, please get your staff together!!! I hate I had to give you 1 star.

Janet was an amazing server. Very sweet and prompt. Food was steamy hot and delicious!! We go every week! Rebecca was lazy. Stayed outside the entire time we were there.

Our waitress, Olivia, was very courteous. The food was prepared the way we ordered it. My husband and I are always pleased with our visits there.

They receive no stars. I waited over a hour for my walk in order. When I got home it was not what I ordered. I paid extra to get sausage put in my hash brown and there was none not even a crumb. I will never go back and the servers where rude
