Not even worth a star rating.. should have the whole night crew completly Restaff or Retained.  Simply because, Their Is No Reason a Pizza Hut Crew Member/Manger Should (Ever!!!), HANG UP THE PHONE after a line has been open. I do understand that there are time that u get busy and feel overwhelmed or are on the other line with someone/under staffed, but that is a Unexpectable Act in the Restaurant Business. If nothing else atleast answers.... 'Pizza Hut please Hold'

We waited two hours for our pizza. We waited 20 mins before someone answered the phone. We got the manager jermaine on the phone. He told us that he didn't call us because he was just making pizza. He told us that he was short staff n that's why we didn't get our pizza. When we asked if it was ever going to be delivered he proceeded to tell us no, his delivery guy went home but we can pick it up. Our car is broke down which is why we wanted it delivered, jermaine told us that's not his problem. We asked to get a refund n he told us no refund n hung up. I'm at home ill. he should have called to let us know. Then not be so rude on the phone. We had a confirmed email n the tracker never moved.

Usually slow, doesnt call back when the store has issues. Delivery time was 3 hours tonight, after my order vanished from the online tracker I called the store only to be told we changed it to takeout because the wait is so long. Horrible store. When food does show up its always cold or at least 1.5 hours after we order. This store needs some serious new management. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

They neeeeeeva get your order right ESPECIALLY if you order for delivery. It got to the point where I had actually come into the store and order and wait in there just to make sure they made it right before paying. Then I realized...hell no, I shouldn’t have to bring my black ass in just to make sure my food is done right, so now I just order from papa John’s, they have yet to mess up my order annnnnnd they have XL pizzas yum

This place is horrible!  Made an order online, and they got it completely wrong! I had 2 pizza one cheese w/extra sauce. And the second was extra sauce,onions and beef. Cheese pizza came our right but the second one was all screwed up! Then they decided to add pepperoni (which I don't eat pork nor did I order it on my pizza) called and due to my husband eating a few pieces from the second pizza before he went to work they couldn't do anything about it.  Didn't know it was that hard to read and make what someone asked for. Last time we order from here
