Love this program! The food is delicious.  Real wholesome food, and perfectly portioned. Takes the guesswork out of how much to eat and what to cook all of the time.  And it works! 14lbs down already. Over halfway to my goal!

This has to be hands down the best thing I have ever tried. Its cost effective, easy and best of all I dont have to stress out about what to cook and how much to eat. This summer I walked into the dressing room tried on a bathing suit and left with a smile. I would recommend this program to anyone and everyone!!! A++++

Sensible portions meals has made my life so much easier in so many ways! I've lost 20 lbs and feel great, I know longer have to meal prep anymore, it's affordable & it's delicious healthy food!! The customer service is out of this world and they're always willing to go out of their way for me- which you don't see these days!!

Beware!  If you have any billing issues and ask about it, after two or three days of putting you off, you will be blocked on Facebook.  Check the Yelp ratings ( it is listed in Mandeville) and check the MyLife entry for the owner before you get involved with this company, or at least keep good records and use your credit card.

Game changer for me and lots of my friends. I personally have tried it all and this just works. Simple, great food, teaches portion control and gives real results. 20lbs down so far. I had to cancel for a
few weeks and it was easy. Also pretty convenient perk that they have live customer service thru Facebook, I don't think any other food delivery services have that. Try it out! I wish I hadn't waited a month 👍
