This place I gave a 4-star because well they were fast and friendly but they did not call me to let me know my pizza was ready.

Ordered a half pepperoni pizza due to my sister in law is allergic to pepperoni. I called and told them about it and he said he would fix it and then i asked him to throw in another marinara sauce for her to eat with it and he said okay. The pizza got here we had to show them the old pizza before eatring it so now its cold. And yet again they messed it up by not giving us the marinara with the cheese pizza they brought. So first we waited to eat so he could see the pizza and its now cold i payed 20 dollars for now they brought a new pizza and she doesnt even care for it bc we dont have the marinara. I ordered it at 5 originally and just getting yet again half the order. I wont ever use pizza hut again and i will make sure i tell everyone else to think twice before ordering from there again. This is ridiculous. Go the Dominos or papa John's if you want to get the order you paid for bc pizza hut in alexandria will only make you mad

This place is terrible!! Rude people. They never get our order right and don't even care. Terrible customer service. So rude!!! Weve been trying, like dummies, for over a year, hoping the service would be better, but nope!!! We travel alot , but now know, every time we come through here, we will always order Domino's. When you travel with business, sometimes you just don't want to leave when you get to your hotel. Pizza hut does not care. At all!!!!  Domino's does. :)
