My family and I went to this location today after church.  We placed our order and waited approximately 25 minutes to receive the majority of our food.  However, a pizza that we ordered at the same time as the rest of the order had never arrived and after waiting another 20 minutes I approached our server and asked about the missing pizza.  She replied with a look of confusion and immediately began to confer with her manager.  They surmised that my pizza had been dropped and nobody told my server, or our table, by mistake.  They then asked if we still wanted the pizza and I replied yes.  A few minutes later the reasoning behind why we didn't receive our food was changed and the manager stated it had actually been given to another table by mistake.  Fifteen minutes later, we had our pizza and the check, for the full amount of the order.  Generally, I despise people that insist on free food, but I felt some form of compensation for our time was warranted.  I asked and was given a 10% discount on the check, which resulted in about $6 being taken off the bill.  I realize that this may seem petty, but I was far from satisfied with the service or the weak attempt at resolving the issue.  I don't believe we will be returning any time soon.

Our family was celebrating a 16th birthday for our daughter. We called ahead to see if they could accommodate and handle a party of 18. The manager assured us her night manager Vickie would help us when we arrived. We called in the pizza order ahead of our arrival time and they had our tables set up and pizza order ready when we sat down.  Servers were attentive and the food was cooked good. Some negative reviews made us a little sceptical, but we tried anyway. More people are more inclined to write a bad review not realizing that if you have a good experience it needs to be told that you had a good experience at that restaurant you ate at. Thanks to all the staff for making our dinner a good one. The Taft party.

Visited after church and waited 30 minutes for a pizza just to find out it had been dropped on the floor. But after we had already eaten all of the rest of our food they finally decided to remake it and they were kind enough to give us a 10% discount after sitting there with 3 kids for almost an hour. Will Not be returning

Unlike most of the Pizza Hut I've visited. Food was great, Service Wasn't. 2 customers actually left. Employees seemed pre-occuppied with each other. Only person working was the cook.
