Last few pizzas we have ordered have not been prepared very well with some slices missing cheese. Was ordering from this location weekly but the drop off in quality Oct and Nov 2016 has pushed back to Papa John's. Lack of attention to customers at register as well. Waited a good 5 min with noone at the register.

It's sad that a company started in Kansas can be this poor. Every time we order for the order is wrong or cold. Tonight hot food but deep dish instead of thin crust and no wing. Corporate PLEASE FIRE THIS MANAGER Update After an hour still no wings. Call the number. Yes went straight to corporate. Got transferred to a supervise that clear didn't care. Who told me that he would be happy to cancel my order and let me cook. I keep trying to order because I grew up loving Pizza Hut but from corporate to local the don't care the food they serve

Normally they have been fairly consistent however not today. My Hawaiian hand tossed pizza was not cooked through and doughy in the middle. I contacted the store and they at first were not sure if they could give me another one. The finally did and the the second pizza was just as doughy. I gave up because they obviously didn't correct the issue. Will not be ordering again.
