Ordered a Dinner Box with Wings. 2 separate pizzas, cheese bread and wings for 21.99 plus delivery and tax. I received one pizza with wings. The pizza was a pretzel crust and had no sauce, although one of the two toppings was correct. When I called to let them know they told this is what I had ordered and they couldn't do anything. After repeating myself 3 times that that was not what I had ordered, and getting the same response, they offered a 5 dollar credit. I was so insulted at that I hung up the phone. They will need to keep their money if they want to stay in business. The easy solution is to get the order right. I was more than willing to wait the extra time, and pay any extra on top of what I had already paid. But that was never even an option. This location displayed how to fail at customer issues 101 perfectly. Do not recommend them at all, especially an over the internet.

If you don’t want to receive your order, be charged twice, and be hung up on every time you call for answers, definitely order you pizza from here.

HORRIBLE service!!! Pay for 3 pizzas and only get 2 for the second time! The manager was a useless, incompetent, and rude waste of time! Hire Americans!

A couple times I have ordered for lunch pickup, gotten there, and the store was closed. The last time I was there, they were closed and were having some kind of party. I only carry out, but the dining area is strewn with pizza boxes, and the kitchen area is absolutely filthy.

Not worth it. Seriously, not worth it. If you want pizza, go somewhere else. If you want Pizza Hut, drive to the one on McLean 10 minutes away.
