Place was too packed and tables are filthy. We sat waiting for our waitress to take our order for over 25 minutes because your waitress was busy talking to the other table. When we finally asked for someone to take our order because the people next to us were seated after us and had their food before anyone even helped us. Took forever for our Food to arrive. Food was edible but the way the place is managed is horrible. Seriously management needs to reconsider who they hired to run the store. Will never visit this store again. I will go to Eureka Springs location where the staff is friendlier and you don't have to wait or be forgotten by your waitress. I'm am so angry and stressed from this visit.

Food always taste great. Service is a hit or miss depends on what time you go and whos working. Decent place to eat with the family.

waitress was working the best she could. but there was no structure in place as management did not seem to know what he was doing.

The people who work here aren't very welcoming or friendly for that matter, it's a service industry job, it's not always fun, customers can be jerks I get it i've been in the service industry for 16 years... you still have to smile and be polite, that's why you make a pay check and that's how you get tips. Also every time I order online and PAY for sauce for my wings or bread sticks I never get them. I now ask for them in store when I pick up my food, however *warning* all the employees will act like you just asked them to run a marathon or something... all attitude and deep sighs. This last time my marinara literally came scraped out of the bottom of the pot, it was cold and had burnt chunks in it, when another server came up to get some and it was empty she threw herself on the counter and wined and complained that she had to fill it. If I spend my hard earned money that I made faking smiles and dealing with grumpy customers all day and stocking heavy boxes up and down flights of stairs after work I really don't want to see you complain about walking 5 feet to get a plastic bag of sauce and dumping it a pot. But i tip anyway and i tip well, so please less attitude and a thank you once and a while, it goes a long way.
