Redhead manager has a terrible attitude. Very poor customer service, generally unhospital service, not to mention how long you have to wait. Food quality is half baked, very greasy, and tasteless. Their already scarce menu has grown even smaller as they desperately cut costs at the expense of the customer, including the service. Unapologetic wing quality, they just write it off as "the way it is". Domino's it is then, at a better price. Better deals and better quality.

Ordered pizza online to save time. Showed up and paid for the pizza and even tipped 5 bucks. Ordered some dipping sauces and they said they don't charge for dipping sauces on carryout orders. Thought that was cool. Got all the way home and no sauces. Called to complain and they said "you can come back and get some but we didn't charge you either". I said I live 10 miles away. Obviously the principle of the matter escaped them. Won't order from them again.

The manager of the Pizza Hut at North Steptoe in Kennewick is awesome. She takes good care of her customers to ensure they become repeat customers!

Don't go there for the pizza. The wings and pasta are mid grade
