They can never seem to get the orders correct and they also can't cook the pizza correctly half of the time. When someone gets a pizza that's dough is halfway raw and isn't even the pizza you ordered, you'd think the manager would offer you something to fix this. Nope. Not even an apology or an offer to deliver the correct pizza. Never again.

Standard Pizza Hut. We went at lunch and got the buffet. Everyone was happy with the choices offered and the staff kept the buffet stocked with food.

Other reviews described long wait and incorrect orders. But it was early and I could deal with a longer than usual wait. And how can you mess up an order of one small pizza? Well congratulations Pizza Hut of Douglas, WY, you screwed up on both fronts per almost every review and then one more. At about 6:30 I ordered. "How much for a small supreme?" "$6.99" "I'll have that" "What kind of crust? Thin, hand-tossed, or pan?" "Hand-tossed... You know what? Actually, pan" "Pan? Ok" "That will be $13.11" *seems high* "How much is the delivery charge?" "2.50" This still seems high but I don't know WY taxes, so oh well. *Give cc info* "Ok thank you have a good night." *Call back* "Yea, it's me again, do you have an idea when that might show up?" "Yea, 7:06" 7:21 comes and the guy deliver the pie, with apologies for being late, which I anticipated (good job, you made me anticipate crappy service so my expectations were set). He leaves and I open the box to find a thin crust pie. Not only the furthest from pan that you can get, but literally the one crust I didn't mention. And half way through this review I remember, that was an odd total. Because the pizza was $9.99. I wouldn't have paid $10 buck for what I ordered had I known. Much less some bs pizza I didn't want. I thought about calling but since all the one star ratings were so accurate I figured I wouldn't waste my time. Just hope to save you some time by finding an alternative for your dinner plans.

I called in an order at 1, my lunch is at 1:30 and I must go back at 2. It is now 1:50 to cancel the order because I can obviously not eat it. Pizza hut answered the phone and I said I wanted to cancel because my food took 50 min. And still isn't here. So they said ok, have a good day, then hung up. Did not try to fix the problem, didn't find out why I haven't received my order or nothing. Complete BS

Not really sure what the problem there is but employee totally ignored us . Wouldn't seat us or acknowledge we were even there. Finally gave up and left.
