Called in my order and was told 15 minutes, got there and told it wpuld be a few minutes. This was no problem but they just let me sor there and forgot about me evem though i was the only waiting. When I ask i was told "Oh yours did not have a name on it so we did not know who it was for"  Nobody else waiting who did you think it was for?

The delivery guy "Jacob" was very rude to me. He seemed very upset that I gave him 3 dollars worth of quarters along with cash.  He honestly ruined my night, I'm sorry I am a broke college student who doesn't have a lot of money. I hope I never get him again, and if I do- I will say something next time and teach him how to have actually good customer service. I like the pizza, not Jacob.

They are always fantastic- pizza is hot and made just as we like it. Their crew is courteous whether it's delivery or carry out!!!

Pizza delivered was not as ordered.
I replied to the customer service survey they sent me that the order was wrong, and that maybe I had ordered incorrectly. Store staff called my home after midnight and awakened me to question why they were poorly rated. I later reviewed my order receipt, and my order was placed accurately, and made wrong. 
If I had ordered at midnight, calling me 15 minutes later would be one thing. 
Calling a customer at 12:30 in the morning to correct a bad review about an order placed hours earlier is just sh*tty business practice.  
I waited 48+ hours to revise my review, so I could  cool off. Sorry, still kinda mad about it.
