I'm always slightly disappointed when I order takeaway and my favorite employee isn't there.  Don't remember her name but she is always awesome and hilarious!  The pizza has never let me down thus far, the spinach and feta rolls are the best around!  The ranch is fantastic it's a great day to order from Pizza Palermo!

First time ordering from this place & the LAST! I ordered a large pepperoni & sausage pizza for delivery. Pizza came it was not hot AT ALL! The slices were huge because it was cut in 8 slices instead of 12! The sausage was not cooked on the pizza it was just sprinkled on top. Honestly I think they gave me a pepperoni pizza that was already made & just threw sausage on top! Ridiculous! & it wasn't good. I ate 2 slices & threw the rest in the trash! Will not spend my money here again

I just picked up an order from this place. There was a small mishap with my order but they were super accommodating. There was a gentleman working the register at about 2pm on 11/28 at the Shadyside location. While I was waiting for my order, I got to see him interact with multiple customers and he is obviously very good with people and customer care.  The place looked clean and in order. There was a good amount of seating for dining in. And most important, my food was good! This was my first time here but I’ll definitely be back. So glad I found a good local pizza place.

This food is so delicious. I like that it's easy and fast to get a slice of pizza. The people who work there are friendly. I like that I can pop in and grab some beers to take with me . It's just my one stop shop for my beer and pizza needs.  the wings are great. The salads good.

The specials are good, the Owner Mike hospitality is Super excellent, and didn't wait long to get serve

My gf, a few of my friends, and I have been violently ill for the past 2 days after having their meat lovers pizza. I am honestly so sick I'm pretty close to reporting them to the health department. This is the second time their food has made me ill. Last time was a year ago and I told myself I'd never eat there again.

Went here late at night to get a small pepperoni pizza and it was wonderful. Not overly greasy or cheesy—an even spreading of condiments. Crust is great too not too thick or too thin, and I love that they throw in a free ranch. Very nice people! :

I ordered an hoagie with black olives, lettuce, green peppers, provolone cheese and mayonnaise. Extra toasted. $20 hoagie with only 15 black olives, hardly no lettuce, cheese or mayonnaise.  Bread raw not extra toasted like I asked. Poor customer service. Manager made my hoagie. What a sloppy job. She's very rude and unprofessional. I will not waste my money there again especially when I can go to 4/5 star restaurants. These people don't care. I do because my money is hard earned. Look at the last picture. Old Wilted lettuce. The manager should be ashamed of her self but she doesn't care. All about the money and no quality or pride.

Love their white pizza and the friendly staff. Ordering for pickup is a breeze, and it's almost always ready early.
