WORST ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN TO MAN AND WOMAN. New management should definitely be a MAJOR consideration for Pizza Pizza franchisors. They are tarnishing the pizza pizza brand indefinitely with their horrible service. We made a large order ONE DAY IN ADVANCE and they weren't even able to make the order 1 and a half hours past the agreed upon time. It wasn't an order for $30 but rather $200. If you aren't able to deal with such an order for a large establishment as such, there definitely needs to be a change somewhere. NEVER will they be getting business from us ( 25 employees didn't get their promised lunch )

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier's attitude towards the 2 customers in front of me and to myself was truly shocking. I will avoid ever returning to this Pizza Pizza location.

Never been to this location before... came in at noon with my son in a stroller. Stood behind one person who was ordering at the cash... two high school kids came in shortly after me and stood by the glass case. Please tell me why I was ignored and their orders were taken first?? I told the cashier she completely ignored me, and her response was that I lined up in the wrong spot. For real?? There's no sign that says where to line up, and I was right behind the person who got there before me. I ended up ordering instead of leaving because my son was hangry, and when I asked for a knife, they didn't have any! Again, for real??? Sooo incredibly disappointed in this place...will NEVER come back again.

Horrible experience. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN

Ordered a pizza online, went to the store and was asked to wait 10 mins. After 10 mins they asked me what the order was and I said "A large Pizza" and the reply I got from the cook was "Obviously a pizza". If that wasn't enough to throw a customer off they again asked me to wait 10 min again. 

After 10 mins - in total 20min + the time from when I ordered online. They asked me again what the order was and then said that they did not receive the order and if I need something they can make it now and it will take 20 more mins. On asking why they did not tell me that 20 mins ago, the staff (Ahemad) said its not his duty and started arguing. 

I was treated as if I asked for a favor rather than a customer who is paying for the service.

Horrible service! They ran out of garlic and most other dipping sauce. What a joke! I asked the girl to swap for something else and she refused. I called the customer service line and told them about the store running out of most of the sauces. The customer service called the store and the Indian girl who worked there as cashier lied to customer service saying they still have the sauce. Terrible! The pizza tasted horrible. The wings were terrible as well (under cooked).
