Bad quality and slow service. I came here recently, I usually love the flavour and quality of pizza Nova but this time was a complete letdown. I took a look at the selection of slices and immediately noticed several BURNED slices being sold. By burned I mean completely burnt to the point it was all BLACK. Never have I once seen any pizza store selling slices of such bad quality. I asked the employee how long it will take for him to make more Mediterranean pizza as they were out of stock. He said 10 minutes. I came back after 10 minutes like he said but to my surprise, he only made ONE SLICE within those 10 minutes! I've been had many other companies make far more than a slice within 10 minutes.

Love pizza nova hate this location. The service is consistently horrible. Charged me the wrong price then gave me the wrong pizza slice then charged me the difference. The entire time the middle-aged Italian looks at me like I'm making mistakes. Just absolutely horrible customer service consistently regardless of if I come in during the day or at night.  Borderline considering just never going inside again

RUDE, cold, arrogant, overbearing and uncomfortable service. The middle aged employee on the late shift just stares at you and rushes you as you look at their menu to make a order. There was no line up or rush to serve other customers. Not the way to run a business. Tarnishing the franchise's image. Avoid this place.
