I love it. Always a pleasure eating here. Me n my fiance go on the regular. We use to enjoy the original neopolitan size pizzas but the medium NY STYLE is our new thing.. ❤ 22 East exchange and 284 E. Exchange are both great locations. Go visit!

Took the family to our favorite place and apparently they have changed their pricing to include only one topping and then charge you for every topping thereafter.  They even charge extra
 for vegan cheese.  It's not included at all as a topping.  And they start at $6.99.  Not knowing these changes I spent $12 on a pizza that used to cost $8.99 for unlimited toppings.  I will not go back.  Total ripoff.

Went last night, possibly for the last time. The line was a mess. We weren't greeted for almost 5 minutes. My wife's GF pizza had to be remade 3 times. Every table and boyh bars were dirty, and I had to ask to have them cleaned. The trash was overflowing. There was a guy behind the line working in sweat pants and sweat shirt. The ladies working looked disheveled and unprofessional. Nobody on staff that i would have been able to identify as a manager. And to top it all off, it is more expensive than it was a few months ago. Not worth a return visit, especially at dinner time. Submitted a review and received no contact from management.

The food is awesome but only if you go when the right people are working. This location is the best because out of them all.  Because of the oven but more than half of your staff can not cook one pizza in that oven to save there life. I just have them half cook the pizza and do the rest at home and 75% of the time they still manage to burn it. It makes me so angry. You need to train your staff how to operate the oven individually an have some sorts of guide that when its burnt to through it out.  Because some times the top looks fantastic but the bottom is completely black or the tops fantastic and the bottom inst even cooked or the sides are burnt its so frustrating. And don't even get me started on online ordering.  Your pizza is made to be eaten fresh once it sits past 20 minutes its trash unless you can heat it up.
