As my pizza was being made I noticed the guy was picking at the basil. As it turns out much of the basil in the bag was rotten or wilted and he was trying to pick out the good pieces to put on my pizza. If I'm going to pay $13 for a pizza I would at least like fresh basil. I wouldn't serve this to my dog. For $4 more I can go to Three Palms and get a margarita pizza made with Buffalo mozzarella. Sure I'd have to drive to Hudson Ohio but it's better than eating actual garbage right?

Great pizza that is fast and tastes amazing! It is also reasonably priced. Perfect for a quick bite to eat.

Pizza is tasty and not a bad price, but service was lacking. Waited behind 2 people in line, and it was 15 minutes before I could order  and another 10 to make the pizza, which wouldn't be terrible if 1) they didn't advertise how quick the pizza is to make and 2) I had to stand there waiting (no ordering and sit, the line is railed in until you pay.) 
 It's the kind of place you walk up to a glass case to order and watch while they make it then pay, kind of like subway or chipotle, or piata. But those places usually take 10 minutes tops to get your food (unless there is a long line). This place was practically empty except for the two people in line ahead of me. There wasn't much sense of urgency. 
Honestly I wouldn't go back here unless I order over the phone. I can't imagine the kind of wait they'd have if they got at all busy.

Today about 4:30 p m i go in to order a pepperoni  cheese pizza.  The one person a guy was working & no other customers in the store at all.  He prepares my pizza & puts in the oven.  from past experience I know it takes like 3 minutes or less in the oven.  This guy decides to do some multi tasking with preparing dough while my pizza is being overcooked.  I get the pizza home & sure as hell 3 of 6 slices have a burn't crust.  Not lightly charred, but flat out burnt.  He had to see this when he cut the pie.  Talk about me being PISSED OFF!!!!!
