Continued to intercept my tax refunds after I've paid off child support. Sent a threatening letter to me even when I don't owe any money. Spent government resources to help a party file frivolous and redundant motion in court. Helped a party hiding income and avoiding work so they can collect more. When Commissioner Amara refused to issue a child support order against a mother by continuing the hearings over and over again, they refused to intervene but they had no problem. When I mentioned that mother failed to follow court order to pay me child support, they were skeptical if such an order would even exist. Their ombudsman system is a scam. Never responded to my complaint . Kamala Harris, Jerry Brown, etc made a big noise against Donald Trump for discriminating against illegal immigrants, their own people practice discrimination against their own state citizens. Contact me if you have similar horror stories.

I have had the worst experience with the Rocklin office since my case was transferred from Texas. My payments have never been on time as the xourt order reads. Collecting from my ex husband has not been a problem at all. Payment is sent to placer co cs on time and as scheduled per the court order. The continuous problem has been disbursement to me. I am not a welfare recipient for any calculation of reduction to be processed so i can't understand why my payments have taken up to 3 weeks at times. Ive complained many times with no returned calls of resolution. I am looking into other matters to getting this resolved since this is causing a finanial hardship for me. It is the most horrible experience i and my ex have gone through. My ex has received calls for matters he has not been interested in and the incompetency of the personnel that have called him is just unbeleivable. I suggest anyone that needs services go to another county instead.

Customer Service is top notch! The CSR's are compassionate to the parents needs and help you understand the law in "Laymen" terms.
