I have been to so many Dentists over the years. Dr. Hyde by far is the most caring dentist. More impressive is that he gives shots where you feel no pain. I used to be so afraid of the dentist. Now I have no issue if I hear the word filling. Debbie the hygienist is so good at what she does! It was the best cleaning I have EVER had. The office has this funny vibe to it the receptionist is kind and very willing to accommodate your every need! I love this office!

The worst experience ever! They charge you extra for irrigation and the hygienist gets annoyed with you if you decline it. They also charge you without telling you for the hygienist taking to you about how to floss your teeth. The dentist is knowledgeable but the 
Attitude of the secretary, the hygienist and all the up-charges should make you steer clear of this place. When you ask the dentist a question all you start to hear and see are lots and lots of dollar signs.  I have never experienced this anywhere else in my life . Go somewhere else.

Dr. Hyde will go out of his way to help you. He is professional and knowledgeable and will provide you with appropriate solutions based on your dental needs.

Do not go to this dentist.  The biggest con artist I’ve ever seen.  Told me I needed a detailed thorough cleaning. Never in 33 years have I ever heard this but  I believed him so I did it.  Charged me extra for irrigation which also has never happened to me and then tried to schedule me for a follow up check up after a cleaning.  I had no cavities gingivitis or anything wrong and I go for cleanings regularly twice a year.  Complete con artist don’t go

I recently needed a dentist and I live in Plainview. My wife and I had googled dentists in the area and we found Plainview Dental and Dr Hyde. I was in pain so I called to schedule an appointment hoping that they could schedule me as soon as possible. I spoke with Michelle, who explained they had a cancellation and that I should come in right away. I thanked her but explained I couldnt come because I had nobody to watch my 2 year old daughter. Michelle urged me to come in and not to worry because she would help care for my daughter while I was being seen.I was shocked at how accomodating she was so i decided to take her up on the offer as I was in a tremendous amount of pain. When i arrived michelle greeted me right away and immediately began to play with my daughter while they took X-rays. As you can imagine my daughter was originally reluctant, yet michelle was so soothing she began to win her over which was a major relief because I could now let the dr do what he needed to do without worrying. It turns out I needed a root canal. Dr hyde was very patient and through in explaining to me what had happened and what needed to be done. He recommended a speciaist in periodontics who could see me that day! I was amazed at the amount of attention and care I received. I will definitely remain a patient and recommend anyone in the area looking for a great dentist to schedule an appointment with Dr Hyde, You will not be disappointed in your choice
