We have been members of Planet Ballroom Matthews for one year.  We  enjoy the classes, individual lessons,  and workout sessions.  On Saturday, Daryl has a "Burn" class that we love to attend.  His routines are fun and the music he plays during our workouts is fabulous.  This is one of  our favorite activities.  Dancing has become our new cardio!  Thanks Daryl for making this so much fun!

My fiance and I have had an amazing experience at Planet Ballroom in Matthews.  We are getting married this summer and wanted to get some lessons so that we would look comfortable dancing on our wedding day.  We started by setting up 4 lessons and we learned so much!  We loved it so much that we signed up for another month of lessons.  The staff at the Matthews location is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. We went in not knowing much about the different types of dancing and they were very patient and best of all they made it fun.  My fiance and I look forward to the nights that we go for our lessons.  We went in thinking that we would get lessons for our wedding, but we now want to continue coming back to Planet Ballroom even after our wedding.

Picking up the phone to take dance lessons at planet ballroom has proven to be one of my best decisions in a very long time. I was taken away from the moment I walked into the door for my first lesson. Everybody is extremely professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and the atmosphere high energy and FUN! I been dancing at the studio for almost a year now. I have lost almost fifteen pounds and made some great friends along the way. My experience here has been top notch and I would highly recommend dancing at planet ballroom to anyone!

Wow! Planet Ballroom is where it's at. I just moved to Charlotte from the beaches of Florida where I used to surf to stay fit. I was looking for a fun new way that would keep me motivated to exercise and I got even more than I bargained for. My instructor Tony is great and he makes learning to dance tons of fun. The studio looks fantastic and all of the teachers are extremely friendly. I only wish I had started dancing here sooner. I would highly recommend Planet Ballroom to anyone!!!!

I enjoy every minute I spend at the Planet Ballroom Matthews studio! The teachers are kind, funny, energetic, and always encouraging. I've met many nice people in the group classes and I enjoy the cross-training classes too. It's really hard to find a place to push yourself, as a dancer, as an adult--their ballet, pilates, and technique  classes give me a true chance to push myself to grow stronger within a comfortable setting. 

The Matthews studio has warm and inviting decor. There's a practice and performance space in the upper level. There's plenty of parking, as it's in the center of downtown Matthews. There are restaurants and a coffee shop, too, within walking distance. Try out this studio...you'll never regret it:)
