Do NOT Tan here! Do NOT give this store your CC information. My CC was charged repeatedly against my consent. The Salon itself is old, unsanitary and the Store Manager, Amber is a rude Liar! The Owner, Teresa Normand is a money crook. The salon looks like it came from a 1998 Garage Sale. The equipment is broken and infested with mold. Do NOT do any sort of business with PB Essen Ln!! They are a Nightmare! All of the Reviews associated with this store are from the owners family and personal friends. It is by far FALSE. PB Essen Ln is a nasty disaster!

I have been a loyal planet beach guest for over a decade and a half! The quality of service and professionalism far exceeds any spa experience I have ever had as a customer. I get gorgeous and consistent spray tans, that look natural and flawless. I can't tell you how many times I'm stopped in public and questioned about where I have been on vacation to because my tan looks so natural! I enjoy the spa atmosphere. They are not "pushy" with their products but are happy to recommend solutions/services for your issues! And can I mention all the other amazing spa services they offer from weight-loss, massage, red light therapy, and many more. I can wholeheartedly recommend Planet Beach Essen. Their degree of expertise and vision is unparalleled. I don't want to neglect mentioning the staff; Shaye, Amber, Olivia, and Alexis. They are always courteous and professional and go the extra mile to accommodate my scheduling needs. I highly recommend planet beach to all!!!

Planet Beach on Essen is amazing!!! All of their services are wonderful and you can not beat the monthly membership. The staff is SO helpful and very friendly!!! Their sunless tan is perfect and I recommend it to everyone who compliments my tan. Also try the hydration bed, your skin will thank you.

I have personally been to several Planet Beach contempo spa's, and I must say that the Planet Beach on Essen Lane has the most educated and well-spoken staff of employees. They are all so informative on the spa services and products. The actual spa is beautiful and it is such a wonderful way to escape from the stresses I experience at home and at work. I am thrilled to be a member at Essen Lane's location!

I am away on a business trip and called this location for their cost for tanning services. I was told I would have to come in to learn about the rates, for Tanning -really? So I called 2 other locations for this franchise and each willing gave me the rates and options I wasn't even thi g about due to the length of my stay. I then called back the Essens location, as they are closest to me and asked to speak to the manager. I found her unhelpful and quite rude. That was after two calls back when the phone was not answred after 15 rings or more. Two more miles is quite worth the drive to avoid the attitude.
