For the price not a bad thing if you're only looking for cardio and weights. 
The staff is completely incompetent and good luck trying to get into any of the perks like red light therapy, tanning or massage beds. There needs to be a significant focus on organization and staffing.
Don't expect to be wowed or to not get frustrated with the staff.
I don't need a lot out of the gym so that's why it got 3 stars but if I was going off of overall service it would be zero stars.

I really like this gym! Its very clean and the staff are super friendly. Signing up only took about 15 minutes. I did think it was weird that they have a "Lunk Alarm" to "scare of body builders" or to make you feel bad for dropping weights. It just doesn't make any sense if its a "judgment free gym" 

However, I do recommend this gym to people who want to start out-  great price, great staff, good environment.

Love this gym so much! It is hands down the best and most comfortable fitness establishment I have ever been too. It is always clean and the staff always friendly and informative

$10 a month. Brand new gear and lots of it. Some new fitness clubs are a work in progress. This one is pretty much perfect.

I am giving Planet Fitness 3 stars because I feel the good people of Idaho Falls need to know the truth about these facilities before they sign up here. Planet Fitness advertises themselves as a full service gym. And that is not what they are. Their dumb bells only go up to 50 pounds, they don't allow bench pressing, over head lifts, no squat racks and they have an alarm in their gym ready to go off and embarrass any poor un suspecting soul that accidentally drops a weight. They will tell you this is to scare away "serious bodybuilders" but this isn't true. They do this to literally anyone. I've seen it first hand as I was a member at one in the midwest. Planet Fitness is essentially a room full of treadmills. If that is what you are looking for, then you might as well just buy one for your house. I am writing this because everyone is entitled to the truth before they make a mistake and join here. Go join a true gym that has a full line of equipment.
