I had a year contract that was up in either January or February. I did not renew my contract because it personally isn't worth the 20 some odd dollars a month. They took 45 dollars from my account today and when I went in and nicely explained that I didn't renew my membership and that I only signed up for a year she informed me that they still take money out of your account every month anyways. Oh, and they don't give refunds. Which is super great. I am not pleased or impressed in the slightest.

It's a pretty decent gym. My husband and I really enjoy the $10 a month price. I like the variety of machine and enjoy the perks that come with this gym. But beware, they lock their doors almost 20 minutes early before they close. Learned this the hard way when I rushed over for a quick 10 minute run after work before they closed and they had locked the doors with other people still working out inside. The lady working at the desk made a hand motion for us to leave so we did. I kind of expect a gym to actually be open until the time stated on their building.

Worst customer service ever.  Don’t sign a contract. Pay a different gym that has a better rating and more things. This place is all about your money.  You will have to pay two months for each person on top of the current months dues to quit. They don’t have work out classes or anything. Just weights and cardio equipment. You can pay less at other places and be treated better than they do.

Nice place but usually busy during morning and evening. Equipment are good but in limited quantities. Some time I have to wait to get my turn but hey it boils down to the Cost of membership. Staff are nice and welcoming.

Great place to work out, but not a lot of space to move about. The 135th St. Location's machines are spaced too close together. I think its great they're renovating, and the staff is friendly.
