This gym is honestly just disappointing!
If you’re looking to work out without having to deal with idiots, this is NOT the gym for you! It has such great potential, amazing floor plan, and plenty of space! Yet it seems to always be occupied with people who don’t want to do anything accept crowd up machines while they sit on their phones or use spaces designated for specific workout for the wrong reasons! I get that it’s a gym for “everyone” but when you have a slogan like that, you’re just asking for all the airheads who go to the gym to fool around while people like my girlfriend and I are left frustrated because we can’t finish all the workouts we planned. Worst part, my complaints fall on death ears!! The employees won’t do anything to fix the issue, they’ll just tell you to not go during “peak hours” witch is BS because I shouldn’t have to change my schedule a million times because the gym is packed with people who aren’t actually working out! Besides, peak hours or not, they’re still there! The only difference is the volume! I don’t mind a busy gym, but when someone is literally sitting on the ONLY machine you need for 30 minutes farting around....it’s just frustrating!
I’ll be canceling my membership and going to another gym. Hope this review helps anyone reading avoid wasting their time! Trust me it’s not worth it!!!

I went there yesterday,  3/28/18, and several machines were not working.  They needed to be fixed or an Out Of Order sign on them.  I spent 20 minutes trying to find a working treadmill.  I reported it to an employee,  Anna,  who was totally rude.  She literally walked away as I was talking to her.  She never acknowledge me or the machine issues.  Also,  not all of the monitors were working.  I issued a complaint letter to corporate via email and have received no response as of yet.

Today I regret to give 5 stars to this gym.  There are a bunch of reasons why but the one that’s really bothering me is I found out that Planet Fitness terminated the membership of Francisco A. Mundaray a good man. In which his only purpose was to encourage and motivate others to do exercise by showing how to do it in the right way. He was not a trainer but simply someone that wanted to help others.  In which my eyes was not right, because I am not the only one that has this opinion.

Worst Experience Ever! 

I was actually very interested in becoming a member after my son being enrolled for 2 years. I came in excited to join, when I was shocked by the poor customer service. I was with my 8 year old daughter and we needed to use the bathroom really badly. As soon as I was done using the bathroom, I was going to enlist myself as a member. However, when I asked "Kim" for permission, she blatantly told me I couldn't if I didn't have the little card. Which is shocking because my son tends to forget his card at home and they always give him an alternate way of signing in (I pay for my son's membership). To my surprise, she didn't offer any other options but for me and my daughter to have to drive all the way back home to get the card and only THEN we could use the restroom. Upon my arrival, "Kim" acted as if she didn't even know who I was as I gave her the card, asking if that was good enough for her. At this point, my need to use the restroom went away as I was very upset with the customer service. Instead of gaining a new member, I cancelled my son's membership, and went straight to joining another fitness gym.

star is for lack of machines and inadequate workout space. among all bench press machines, only one is balanced, the remaining3 are imbalanced  which actually affects a person’s body proportion. Furthermore, when the trainer is one location he claims every machine and does not let others use it which is outrageous.
