Great Planet Fitness! Has many elliptical machines treadmills and a good size free weights and machines. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a good gym at a good price I recommend it! Edit 3/6/2018 Bumped it down to on star due to some issues with planet fitness. So apparently the black card membership is a 12 year contract that you sign. Never once was I informed about this. I had a regular membership before and we were able to cancel easily when we were not using the gym as much. And now that I have not been in awhile I am stuck having to pay for something I don’t use. Needless to say the black membership is a year...so I’ll be calling the cooperate office.

It doesn't matter who runs a local club when poor franchise rules back it up. You need a certified letter to cancel a gym membership because anyone could cancel the membership? Who cares just re-activate it when you find out someone closed the wrong account, it's a couple of clicks. Oh, or is it more important to grab ghost money because they make it difficult for customers to cancel. I was going to buy his new membership at Planet Fitness in our new state but I can't even do that without a certified letter to the old gym. I will buy him a membership that treats their consumers friendly. 5th gym I've used. Never had to write a letter. Even 24/7 Fitness doesn't make you write a letter because it's a Gym Membership. I just moved a 401k over the phone but they knew how to verify someones identity over the phone. Come on get it together. We are in the electronic age. Last time I sent a piece of mail in an envelope? over 5 years. Overall reviews of planet fitness around the country has a commonality of complaints about cancellation memberships, memberships that don't get cancelled even when certified mail is sent. It's sad that Planet Fitness allows their franchises to get bad ratings over a policy that is simple to arrange. Gather the identifiers on membership sign up to properly identify someone and cancel their membership on the phone. I see a whole ton of negative reviews out there. Pay attention to your consumers. Sorry to the franchise that has to take the review on this it isn't fair but something needs to change.

Whenever I go somewhere new, I like to see if I get that home feeling, like you belong there. The first day that I went, I got that feeling before I even started to work out. It kept me in a good mood while I was working out. Plus the people are really nice and helpful if you need something. Love starting my days off at Planet Fitness!

I absolutely love this place!! Everyone is super friendly!! Also..the trainer Ryan is amazing!! He is very energetic and enthusiastic and will push you to do your very best!

After recently moving to the area, I decided to try out a membership at PF. I have been a member in the past at other locations but this one is by far the best! The facility is clean and the staff is great. I tend to work out mostly in the evening. Usually I run into Ryan at the desk. He is always super friendly, greets me with a smile and willing to help when needed! His customer service is always on point! Keep up the great work!
