I’m active duty, and I come to this location all the time when I’m on leave. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. The gym is always clean and well maintained. The bathroom is always clean. It’s a fairly small gym, just like any other Anytime Fitness. It definitely has all the essentials though, all the main machines, treadmills, bikes, squat rack, flat bench, incline bench, etc. The max dumbbells are 85lbs. This location is never crowded. I’ve even been during peak hours, which is that post work push (1600hrs-1800hrs)if your intimidated by the gym I would recommend trying this location. The usual crowd when I attend seems to be maybe between the ages of 35 and 60 years of ages. If you’re in the Smyrna or Nashville area,I would undoubtedly recommend working out at this location.

It's okay. Music is a little loud, machines are a little subpar, and it's a little too warm for a place where everyone's core temperature heats up, but I needed a place to use a treadmill a few days a week for cheap and that's what I have. More importantly, they charge a credit card instead of requiring your bank account like Planet Fitness does, which is a total deal breaker for me.

Receptionist appeared to not care whatsoever that we wanted to join. Gym was full of meat head lunks shouting and slamming weights. Looked very small and low class. Very over priced for what I saw.

This gym was decent. It had very basic equipment and was good enough. The main reason I'm leaving a one star review is because after I decided to cancel my membership, they charged us for another month after the fact. Turns out they expect a 30 day cancelation notice because having members leave somehow inconveniences them. Had this been mentioned at all whenever we signed up, or whenever we canceled, I might have been more understanding. However, we noticed the charge a month after, then had to call to discuss the matter, and then get a call back after the guy talked to his manager. This is clearly something they stick people with all the time since no one seems to know it exists until the manager informs them about it. Very unprofessional and not what I would expect from a small gym like this.
