Always friendly and courteous. Always willing to help And solve issues. The staff at the East Side location is far superior than the West Side Location (hides behind their desk and electronics) They East Side location makes it a warm and welcoming environment. Every time you come in expect a conversation, a smile or a hellos Their trainers are always willing to help and great in group sessions. I am a personal trainer for south Florida and this gym environment is what people want when they are starting off their fitness journey and I encourage people here to check them out.

I like the size & layout of the facility -- not too big & not too small. Not overwhelming. Locker room has nice layout with a TV and fresh flowers. Nice touch! Staff is friendly. Large number of overhead TVs with some personal TVs on new machines. Facility is clean and staff makes sure of that.

I have had a membership at PF West twice. Once when it first opened and the second close to a year now. The first cancellation was not due to any complaints with the facility or staff. That's part of why I joined again. However, this second time around I have noticed and enjoyed a transition to upbeat, positive, friendly staff that make eye contact. They do their best to answer any questions I have. It is also a very clean facility. I check in at all times of the day during the week and weekend on a regular basis. It is pretty rare to not see staff cleaning. Again, maybe this could be due to newer staff? For the price of the membership, amount of machines and accessible hours you are getting a good deal. I would recommend it to anyone that's looking to get in and get their workout done in a clean, updated facility with a great staff and friendly environment.

I've been going to this planet fitness for 3 years now and it's one of the best gyms I've been to. The staff is excellent and honestly it's one of the cleanest gyms I've been in and I've been to many. Even though it's a planet fitness the staff is great with EVERYONE. I've been lifting there for 3 years and I'm a female and have never heard the "lunk" alarm go off or seen anyone get kicked out for looking "too body builder like". Which in my opinion is fantastic because other gyms are stacked with them so it's hard to get on the equipment which is why it's nice to have a gym that doesn't care like that. Basically what I'm trying to say is it's not your stereotypical planet fitness that everyone makes it out to be.
