I love the Menomonee Falls PF! There is always a machine open, and the gym and locker rooms are maintained very well. Staff is very friendly and the tanning beds are good quality :)

This is a great place to workout with my girlfriend! We get to doing a lot of running, stairs, stretching, and arm workouts. The massage options are really nice for getting loose pre-workout! The tanning beds are a bit intense. I was told by people not to use them because they don't run the bulbs down in intensity to start out. They just use them fresh right away. I can only stand to be in the beds for about 3 minutes before it becomes too much. Overall, a really nice place!

Turn some of the channels to various channels having some intellectual, cultural, and nature value. The PBS channels could be a good start, while the Classic Arts Showcase is beamed by satellite for free. The mainstream media of cable/dish/satellite channels are like tooth decay to the brain making one feel lethargic and annoyed by the rubbish of contemporary nonsense passing for entertainment, while the absurd CNN daily fake news reports create a fictional reality of twisted proportions like a Elmer Fudd cartoon. Otherwise, everything else is fine.
