Started my membership at this location through my employer's Prime Healthy Lifestyle Program and the first impression has been positive. The space is large with tons of treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and stationary bikes if you don't feel like doing weights. Appreciate the TV and a variety of programs one can choose from while exercising on these machines. Besides the variety of machine and free weights, there are also separate areas for circuit training if you want a full-body workout. The tall ceiling and "mood" lighting provided an airy and contemporary environment. The space and equipment are kept fairly clean and as a marketer, I have always appreciate a company with strong branding elements. For the case of PF, it is their unique "no judgement" positioning and corporate purple-yellow color scheme. The staff who helped me get setup was not as excited and don't seem happy to work there. An introduction to the gym and programs (besides asking me about joining the Black Card club) would have ben helpful. He may just be having a rough day.

I had a membership for a year there. I loved it. My membership ended in October and I called to make sure there wasn't anything I needed to do so they wouldn't keep charging me. The person I spoke with said Nope. Your membership is up so you shouldn't get money taken out. Well I just looked today and they took money out of my account in November. I called and spoke with a very nice lady about the issue. She told me I had to go into the gym to cancel my membership. I wish someone would have told me that in October. I am extremely upset about this. Just make sure when you get a membership to ask the right questions when your membership ends. I thought I did the right thing by calling but I guess not. Maybe y'all should have meetings with your employees about this issue.

I called this place up to ask a simple question and the lady taking calls hung up on me. She could have said “I don’t know,” instead she was rude about it. I would never work out here.

Ridiculous. Sign you up for a penny and charge you out the *ss to cancel. Be careful with this company. They won't tell you everything and when you come in to cancel (exactly when they told me to), they'll hit you with one more charge. Rip off. Plus, I even went to the gym to cancel and spoke with someone at the front desk that told me I was in the clear. Dishonest and deceitful.
