I love this place! The atmosphere IS comfortable like it says. Nobody's bothering you. T.V's📺 are connected to every machine. Every exercise machine that you can think of is there. The staff is courteous. The place is clean. The fee is affordable. You can't ask for more. I highly recommend this place.

To start, I have to say, could the payment policy be any more of a total SCAM? This gym wants your direct bank account routing number and information! That is absolutely insane! Nobody should EVER be giving this info away, especially not to a company who could easily have this information compromised! When I asked about paying for my membership via cash or debit card, even offering to pre-pay for 12 months of membership, the woman working was incredibly rude. She avoided every question I asked about payment, which was a red flag, and she just kept telling me that it was such a great gym. She then treated me as though I was stupid for not wanting to give my checking account routing number, when this is information you should NEVER be asked to give out! Went to the Planet Fitness on Eisenhower instead, where the manager was able to set up a payment using my debit card number rather than the routing number to my checking account. Much nicer staff at the Eisenhower location! Wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location

Generally a very good facility. Great Staff.  "However", much of the bike equipment is broken and has been for years (virtually since they opened their doors); stationary bikes in particular have almost all been broken for several years. Of the 5 bike they have, only one works properly. Several have severed wires that control the audio-visual, the peddles grind and squeak loudly, several have internal components that are worn and create "sticking points" as you peddle.  I have very politely mentioned these issues to various staff over last two years, multiple times... They're all still broken... Use the PF on Eisenhower Drive if you have a choice. I can post photos if you’d like...

To the female who stole my phone and vest from my locker, know that the karmic energy I am sending your way should result in a difficult to treat case of lupus. To the staff, what is the purpose of even having a security system if it’s useless? Redemption can come from returning my property and volunteering your time equal to my aggravation to a worthy cause, otherwise I hope you suffer at the hands of a universe that craves balance.
