I have a $20 monthly membership at the Planet Fitness in Brunswick, GA.  This is annual cost of $240 + the annual $40 membership fee.  I also pay for a single membership for my daughter which is $160 annually.  So, I pay $400 annually and this is what happened today.  Under my $20 monthly fee I am allowed to bring in my wife and I can use the 10 minute massage bed.  Today, I let my wife use the massage bed and the manager said that it was not allowed.  Only I can use the bed.  I explained to the manager that I dont use it so my wife was using it as part of my benefits of membership.  She recently had spinal surgery so this is great for her.  The manager said that this was not allowed.  I then asked how many times a day am I allowed to use the bed.  He said as much as I wanted to.  So I can get on the bed 100x a day but my wife can never get on it.  I told the manager that this policy makes no sense and is there anyway I can get a waiver to my policy to let my wife use it instead of me.  I got a flat out "NO!".  I said that if they could not accommodate my simple request that I would cancel both mine and my daughter's membership and the manager said fine.  This place has no customer service. They are willing to lose $400 per year rather than let me substitute my wife on the massage machine which I only want her to use once a day vs me using 100x a day.  I called another Planet Fitness 50 miles away and they said that each PF has its own policy and they have honored my request for some of their clients.  PF in Brunswick, I will never and my family will never use your facilities again.  You have lost a customer and family member customers for life.

I really love planet fitness. I have been going there for well over 3 years. Everyone there is really wonderful and helpful in making sure you had a wonderful workout or tan or visit. For 10.00 dollars a month you can work out anytime that the gym is open and for $20.00 dollars a month you have access to the gym equipment to workout, also the massaging beds, tanning beds and also I know at the one I go to they have a stand up like a tanning bed but it's not it shakes your body and  works all of your mussels throughout the entire body. Plus the gym has lockers in there for you to put your stuff inside you just bring your own lock or some gyms sells locks at the frontf desk . They gym also has multiple showers and even a handicap shower and blow dryers in the ones I have been in and their bathrooms are really nice that I have also been in. I  love this gym a lot.

Easy going atmosphere, nice staff plus they give you a free T-shirt for joining. The price is reasonable, just 20 a month.  Plenty of Cardio equipment.

This location would have received 5 stars if it was open 24/7!! & why no saunas or steam rooms!!!!
