Every single staff member I interacted with was very friendly! I scheduled online and had no issues during my visit. The wait wasn't longer then any other doctor's office.

I will never go to planned parenthood ever again. At the time I booked the appointment, I had to give them my health insurance information to get a confirmation-which is fine. I arrived at the clinic a half hour early just so I could fill out paperwork and MAYBE get into my appointment on time for once. I was wrong. 3 people who arrived after me went in before me. Even one who was just a walk in. After waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I finally went to ask when I was going in because I had to go to work. The front desk ladies said I was next so I sat back down. 2 more people went in before me. My name was finally called 1 hour and 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I went into the back to have my vitals taken but instead they tell me that my insurance will not cover anything because I am a couple days away from the 1 year mark. My options are to pay the full amount or leave. I couldn't have been told this when my insurance was run? I waited nearly 2 hours in a waiting room and was late to work over this. It is the worst run clinic I have ever been in. The women who have done my paps there in the past were always annoyed at my questions. I understand they are busy but I'm paying for a service and they are lacking in all areas of customer service from the front desk to the doctors. Like I said in the beginning, I will never go back to this place and I encourage anyone considering it to change their minds. You will just be annoyed and angry by the time you leave. As a second story: They wanted to do a biopsy on my cervix after getting an abnormal pap. I was HOUNDED for months by them. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion and was told I was fine and that everything was normal. The front desk said they probably just wanted me to do the biopsy to run my insurance and that if I hadn't had insurance they probably wouldn't have suggested it.

At any given time there is maybe one competent person on staff at the front desk/admin. I'm always on hold for around 7-8 minutes at a time to get someone on the phone, I've never had this with any other Planned Parenthood I've been to. It is really really difficult to make an appointment and more than once I've had one cancelled the day of because of a short staff. Who is hiring these front desk people? You suck at your job.

I recommend this facility to everyone. My experience was 100% perfect. I didn't feel uncomfortable. Timing isnt bad at all like other claim in the reviews( probably the protestors who hate Planned pparenthood that linger outside give false reviews). The second i arrived I had PP workers escort me inside and out. I'm content with this office and I loved it. Thank you so much for your service ♡

Dont even bother. If i could leave a 0 here, i would. If you call them you will sit on hold forever and when you do get a representative on the line they are beyond rude. They act as though answering a question is a huge inconvenience to them. If you go in even with an appointment you will sit there way beyond your appointment time and countless people including walk-ins will be seen before you. And i can't stress enough how rude the front desk staff is. Seek help elsewhere if you can because they are clearly not interested.
